Question: What means SPR, PMR, APAR..?
Certainly, I know what it is, but I am not completely sure for what these shortcuts are standing for. Can you answer it?

Don’t forget PTF … lots of folks think it means Program Temporary Fix, but I’ve heard it really mean Problem To Follow. =0)
