There is a fix available for the EditProfile bug in Lotus Notes 8.5.2 Basic.
I still cannot find an official document on IBM’s website, but if you open a PMR you will receive a fix which updates your Lotus Notes to 8.5.2 SHF96. The fix can be easily deployed using Smart Upgrade.
